Free Yourself From Conflict in the New Normal

Social distancing really means physical distancing and does not have to inhibit your ability to connect socially and emotionally with others. With shelter-in-place here for the near future, many of us are already grappling with feeling isolated, anxious, and overwhelmed.

Leading a Well Nourished Life

Sue Bethanis hosts Andrea Lieberstein, a mindfulness-based registered dietitian nutritionist, mindful eating (MB-EAT) and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) instructor and coach, trainer, and registered yoga instructor. Andrea has specialized in helping people transform their lives for over 25 years. She leads mindfulness meditation and mindful eating trainings and retreats at retreat centers across the country and internationally. Her clients have included individuals, corporations (most recently Google and Marvell), medical centers, schools and colleges.

She was instrumental in implementing the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program in Kaiser Permanente’s Northern California Region in the 1990’s.
