Patrick Reilly, M.S., is the President of Resources In Action, Inc. and an Executive Leadership Coach for Mariposa Leadership, Inc. Patrick’s coaching career began when a consulting client asked him if he would also provide some leadership coaching. Patrick soon realized that he was adept and well suited to help leaders leverage their strengths to become more impactful. His business background in operations, technology and R&D informs Patrick’s work as an executive coach. Prior to working in large corporations he ran his own small business where he became familiar with the basic managerial and bottom line concerns of running a business.
