Marriot Winquist, P.C.C., is the CEO of BrightTree Consulting LLC and a Strategic Partner with Mariposa Leadership, Inc. As a former executive at Bluetooth SIG, Marriot is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience in the global technology industry. She has led international and hybrid teams in software development, data analysis, marketing, customer management (B2C, B2B), product management, enterprise planning, and executive strategy. Her experience gives her a healthy appreciation for the complicated dynamics of business, technology, and people. Her clients benefit from her deep and broad background coupled with her coaching expertise as she helps them unlock the joy in creating thriving and sustainable teams, cultures, and organizations.
