For 24 years, Mariposa has been offering leadership coaching and consulting to tech leaders in both 1-1 and group formats. For the last three years, Mariposa has offered videoconferencing in 1-1 formats, and starting March 2020, moved group learning to video. In May 2020, Mariposa has started offering 1-1 and group learning in safe, outdoor environments.
