A top gaming company with $9B in Market capital and 3000 employees wanted to be a top destination employer for women in gaming. The company’s ERG which focused on women had a mission to foster an environment that empowers women to succeed and become leaders in their careers and communities. The group partnered on a signature offering with Mariposa Leadership to offer executive coaching as a high-impact program.
Client Needs
In the program, dubbed “Women Who Lead,” each woman was matched with an executive coach, whom she worked with 1-1 over four months, meeting every other week in person with weekly touch-bases.
The program included a confidential feedback report based on interviews with selected colleagues, a personalized Learning Roadmap and curated resources.
