We take great care to match you with the right executive coach. Your coach will understand your objectives and have relevant experience while being well-suited to your personality. Plus your coach has full access to the deep expertise, insights and perspectives of our entire executive coaching team.
Assess/ Design
Get crystal clear about your strengths, interests, values, and ways to be even more effective. (We use multiple tools, e.g., performance reviews, the Designing Your Life framework, StrengthsFinder, values exercises, and more.) These self-reflection tools and future-thinking exercises illuminate your coaching objectives and plan.
Coach
Engage in six months of bi-weekly confidential and compelling conversations with your executive coach. With your coach as a challenger, supporter, and thought partner, you will explore leadership strategies, mindsets, tools, and practices for you to apply now and to impact your future. Particularly during times of transition, we use design thinking to unlock creativity, options, and action in order to pivot to new possibilities. And you’ll enjoy the pure magic of having someone in your corner, focused completely on you.
Evaluate
Regularly check-in on progress and adjust as needed. Engage the support and feedback of others as appropriate to your situation with your coach’s guidance.
