Donna brings thirty years of organization and leadership development results as an executive coach, team coach, transformational leadership consultant, and facilitator to a range of industries and organizations. Prior to beginning her consulting practice, Donna served in leadership positions in management, sales, and marketing for divisions of The Travelers and New York Life. Donna is the author of Catch Me When I Fall: Poems of Mother Loss and Healing (2023), The Thriver’s Edge: Seven Keys to Transform the Way You Live, Love and Lead (2014), and Changing Practices, Transforming Paradigms: An Appreciative Approach to Developing Integral Leaders (2009) as well as numerous journal articles. She has also worked as an Adjunct Professor of Business in the MBA program at Holy Names University and served in several Boards. Known for her candor and compassion, Donna’s goal is to be a catalyst and guide that helps create transformational results in the lives of the leaders and teams she serves.
