Donna Stoneham, Ph.D.

Dr. Donna Stoneham is the President of Positive Impact, LLC ™, Co-founder and Principal of Integral Intelligence®, and a Strategic Partner with Mariposa Leadership, Inc.

Donna brings thirty years of organization and leadership development results as an executive coach and consultant to a range of industries and organizations. Prior to beginning her consulting practice, Donna served in leadership positions in management, sales, and marketing for divisions of The Travelers and New York Life. Donna is the author of The Thriver’s Edge: Seven Keys to Transform the Way You Live, Love and Lead (2014) and Changing Practices, Transforming Paradigms: An Appreciative Approach to Developing Integral Leaders (2009) as well as numerous journal articles. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Business in the MBA program at Holy Names University. Known for her candor and compassion, Donna’s goal is to be a catalyst and guide that helps create transformational results in the lives of the leaders and teams she serves.
