Felicia brings 20 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry to her coaching. In her last corporate Vice President role, she led her team of Organizational Design (O.D.) consultants to coach C-level leaders across business lines at Wells Fargo. Through tumultuous times, they provided effective guidance and support around change management, talent development, team effectiveness, and culture – all with an eye toward building diversity, equity and inclusion. She now coaches and consults externally to executives in Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, and educational organizations. She is results-oriented and passionate about helping leaders become more skillful in a specific competency and attaining a deeper level of insight to enhance leadership capability and progress toward organizational goals. She is also passionate about the power of coaching and teaches at New Ventures West, a pioneering and rigorous coaching school based in San Francisco.
