Engaging

Curious

Wise

Clients describe Richard as engaging, versatile, curious and wise. Outside of loving his client work he is a cyclist, a skier, a hiker, a chef and the careful curator of relationships with his wife, his three teenagers, a boxer dog, a semi-feral cat, and two horses. Richard resides in Silicon Valley and works with clients globally.

Richard has been instrumental in building senior leadership teams that have been disjointed and siloed. Richard’s ability to go where the team is willing, yet challenge in productive style, to lead them down the path to address the deeper issues is very effective. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Richard in the future.
